The process is personal—one-on-one, from idea to execution. A surfboard shaped not just for how you move through the water, but how you move through the world.
If one of our stock boards doesn’t quite match your dimensions, the waves you’re chasing, or the way you like to surf, a custom build gives you the chance to get it just right.
From subtle refinements in thickness or width, to fully tailored outlines, colours, artwork, pinlines and fin setups—every detail is on the table. Think of it like a hand tailored suit. Crafted specifically for you, and only you.
Once you’ve filled out our custom order form, either Simon or Dash will give you a call to walk through your vision. Together, we’ll dial in every aspect of your board and bring it to life.

Q - Why do you open custom orders up in such limited batches? A - We're a small, family-run team, and we like to keep things hands-on. Limiting the number of custom orders helps us keep wait times reasonable and ensures every board meets the highest standard of craftsmanship. Q - What’s the difference between a stock board and a custom order? A - Stock boards are already built and ready to go, while custom boards are shaped to order. Same build quality between the two. Always. Q - Do you ship custom boards internationally? A - Yes — We proudly ship all boards internationally in 100% biodegradable packaging. Please reach out for a quote.

To keep our custom boards flowing without blowing out wait times, we only open up spots when we’ve actually got time to build them properly. This is how we roll; limited access, small-batch, and fully hands-on.
