While we strive to provide surfboards of the highest quality, surfing inherently involves risks, and users must exercise caution. By purchasing and using our surfboards, customers acknowledge and accept the risks associated with the sport.

 

Liability Limitation:

To the extent permitted by law, Simon Jones Designs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our surfboards.

 

Assumption of Risk:

Customers acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the use of our surfboards, including but not limited to the risks of injury, serious injury, damage, or loss (including death).
