To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. We cannot process refunds for products that show signs of use, damage, or wear.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will facilitate the shipping service to ensure the safe return of the surfboard.
Once we receive the returned surfboard and verify its condition, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
