Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. This is subject to demand.

 

Shipping Method:

We offer shipping services to ensure your order reaches you securely. Shipping times and fees may vary depending on your location.

 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated separately from checkout based on the size and destination of your order. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer (International orders only).

Please note that all prices include international shipping carton (FedEx/DHL) and insurance.

We believe in transparent pricing and never add hidden fees. We simply charge you what the freight company charges us.

 

Tracking Information:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

 

International Shipping:

For international orders, please be aware that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

All international customers are urged to contact us before purchasing a product so as to be made aware, via quote of their individual shipping price. 

 

Lost or Damaged Items:

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will collaborate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction. For any damage sustained during shipping or transit, it is imperative that you inform us within 12 hours of collection for the claims process. To facilitate this, we will require images of the box it arrived in, as well as images of the board's damage.
